Piccolo's owner, Lou Fletcher has worked in the residential lettings industry since 2000 and is passionate about all things property related. Lou holds the NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management and regularly attends courses to keep abreast of changes in the legislation which applies to lettings. Lou lives in Bowerchalke with her husband Paul and Ebble, the Piccolo Perfect pet!

Pennie has a wealth of experience across many industries and brings broad knowledge and incredible problem-solving skills to the role of Lettings & Property Manager. With customer service at the heart of everything she does, Pennie’s focus is on ensuring everything runs smoothly. Pennie lives in Sutton Veny with her son, Freddy and Belgian husband Dirk.

Jacqui is the Accounts Administrator and manages the day-to-day payment of rents and contractor bills. Originally a Maths Graduate and with her love of numbers, Jacqui is the spreadsheet queen at Piccolo! After 30 years as an Army Wife and 15 house moves around the world, Jacqui has finally put down roots in Salisbury where she lives with her 2 daughters and husband Huw.

Helen is our Property Administrator and has many years’ experience working in the property industry in South Africa. When Helen isn’t busy organising maintenance, viewings and inspections she spends her time as a scorer for Salisbury Cricket Club! Helen lives in Salisbury with her daughter, Rebecca.
